I opened my agency in 2013 after working as a State Farm Agency Aspirant, gaining hands-on experience with another agent before stepping into ownership. Today, our team has grown to 15 members, and we operate with a strong growth mindset and an “all in it to win it” mentality. I’m a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and management. I’m married with two kids, and outside of work I enjoy hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. I also previously played professional golf, which shaped the competitive drive and discipline I bring into the agency.
Giving back is a major part of who we are. I’m heavily involved with HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes, a veteran-owned organization, and spend significant time volunteering and supporting their mission.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Zach Jaworski - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
