ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Business Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member with Zach Jaworski - State Farm Agent,  you will successfully market the business products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of business products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.

Responsibilities

  • Establish business customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain business insurance client relationships.
  • Assess business insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals to business clients.
  • Assist clients with policy renewals and claims.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1+ years of experience in business insurance sales.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance products.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
